Why does weight matter so much?
Crop sell value scales with weight squared relative to average weight. A crop at 2x avg weight sells for ~4x the base price. Growing heavy crops through rain, sprinklers, or AFK sessions is the fastest way to earn Sheckles.
How do mutations multiply crop value?
Variant mutations (Gold, Rainbow) replace each other — only one active at a time. Modifier mutations (Frozen, Electric) stack additively. Rainbow (40x) + Frozen (5x) + Electric (80x) = 40 × 84 = 3,360x total.
